Oil in Progress
I took this picture from a shoot a while back and applied the Photoshop Elements oil painting effect to the image. This weekend I applied the Topaz Simplify sketch effect to a copy of the oil painted layer. I then used a layer mask to make a transition from drawing to painting – as if it's an unfinished painting.
